Gaucho Coffee Company is the realization of a lifelong dream! With years of experience in the coffee industry, I always envisioned having a shop to call my own and I couldn’t be more thrilled that it found its home in the heart of Cashmere.​
 

​At Gaucho, we are passionate about quality. We proudly serve coffee from Cafe Lusso, roasted in Redmond, WA. Our syrups are crafted in-house, and we partner with local vendors to bring you fresh, delicious food and pastries straight from the valley.
 

​Our atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting—perfect for catching up with friends, diving into work, enjoying a good book, or hosting a meeting. We even have a kids' area to keep the little ones entertained while you relax.
